TERMS OF SERVICE AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Zombie Hunter Mobile ("App"), developed and operated by Luka Khobelia ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement").
2. LICENSE GRANT
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, not with Apple; the Developer — not Apple — is solely responsible for the App and its content.
3. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
3.1 Subscription Offer
Zombie Hunter Mobile offers an optional premium subscription ("Premium Pack") that provides the following benefits:
- Ad-Free Experience: All advertisements are removed
- Double Rewards: 2x multiplier on all in-game rewards
- Daily Crystals: 200 crystals every day
- Daily Gold: 100,000 gold every day
- Daily Ammo: 30 ammo every day
- Daily Health: 30 health every day
3.2 Pricing and Billing
- Price: 0.99 USD per week (or equivalent in your local currency)
- Free Trial: No free trial is offered
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew each week unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of 0.99 USD per week.
3.4 Managing and Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings:
1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "Zombie Hunter Mobile"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your paid period.
3.5 Refunds
All subscription payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
4. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CURRENCY
All virtual items, currency, and rewards (including crystals, gold, ammo, and health) are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred for real money. We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
- Modify or interfere with the App or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms.
5.1 Leaderboards and Public Rankings
Zombie Hunter Mobile includes in-game leaderboards that allow players to compare scores and rankings with other users. When participating in the leaderboard system, the App displays the following information publicly within the game:
- Player nickname or username
- Player score or ranking
- Gameplay statistics related to leaderboard rankings
This information is visible to other players of the App. Users are responsible for choosing appropriate usernames. Usernames are automatically screened for offensive language before they are accepted, and the Developer additionally reserves the right to remove, reset, or rename leaderboard entries or usernames that are offensive, inappropriate, harassing, discriminatory, or that violate these Terms. Any attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings through cheating, exploits, modified software, or unintended gameplay mechanics is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.
5.2 Social Features, Friend Lists, and Messaging
Zombie Hunter Mobile includes social features such as friend lists, in-session player lists, and player-to-player messaging. When using these features, the
App may display or process:
- Player nickname or username
- Friend list connections
- Messages sent between players
- Gameplay-related information shared between friends and co-op participants
Users are solely responsible for the content of any messages, usernames, or other information they share within the App.
You agree NOT to use the messaging, friends, or multiplayer features to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users
- Share offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited advertisements
- Attempt to scam, defraud, or deceive other players
- Share personal information belonging to yourself or others
- Solicit or engage with minors in an inappropriate manner
5.3 Multiplayer and Cooperative Gameplay
Zombie Hunter Mobile includes real-time multiplayer and cooperative gameplay features that allow you to play alongside other users in shared game sessions. When participating in a multiplayer session, the following is shared with other players connected to that session:
- Your chosen player nickname, displayed as a floating nametag above your in-game character
- Your selected character skin
- Real-time gameplay state (position, weapon, score, health status)
You may be placed in a session with other users through automated matchmaking, through friend invitations sent from the friend list, or by connecting directly to a host. Multiplayer servers are operated by the Developer in multiple regions; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and servers may be taken offline for maintenance, regional outages, or other operational reasons without notice. Within every multiplayer session, the in-game "Players" button opens a list of every user currently in your session. From that list you may:
- REPORT any other user for objectionable behavior or an offensive nickname
- BLOCK any other user, which hides their nickname on your device and prevents future interactions from them
- ADD FRIEND to send a friend request
Any attempt to exploit the multiplayer system — including but not limited to cheating, speed-hacking, unauthorized modification of game state, denial-of-service attacks against other players, or impersonation of other users — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or ban.
5.4 Player Nickname and Name Changes
You may choose a player nickname when you first use the App and change it at any time from the "Player Stats" menu (tap "Change Name", enter a new nickname, tap "Save Name"). The following rules apply to nicknames:
- Nicknames must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.
- Only letters, digits, spaces, underscores, and hyphens are permitted. Other characters are stripped automatically.
- Nicknames are automatically screened against a profanity filter that also detects common obfuscations (such as leetspeak and inserted punctuation). A nickname that fails this filter will be rejected at save time and will not be applied.
- You may change your nickname as often as you wish. Each change replaces the previous nickname everywhere it is displayed (leaderboard, multiplayer nametags, friend list, friend requests). Your chosen nickname is PUBLIC. Once set, it is visible to any other user who views the leaderboard, plays in a multiplayer session with you, receives a friend request from you, or is already on your friend list. You are solely responsible for the appropriateness of your nickname. In addition to the automatic filter, the Developer reserves the right to force-rename, reset, or permanently ban any user whose nickname is reported as offensive, impersonates another person or brand, contains contact information, or otherwise violates these Terms — at the Developer's sole discretion and without prior notice.
5.5 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
THE DEVELOPER OPERATES A ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY WITH RESPECT TO OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR. Content or users flagged under this policy will be removed, restricted, or banned, as appropriate. Objectionable content includes, without limitation: content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate; as well as content that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
5.6 Reporting and Blocking
The App provides in-game tools to protect users from objectionable content and abusive behavior:
- REPORT (multiplayer): In any multiplayer session, tap the "Players" button to open the in-session player list. Tap "Report" next to any other user to submit a report to our moderation queue.
- REPORT (friend list): Tap any friend in your friend list to open the player-actions panel and tap "Report".
- BLOCK: From either the multiplayer player list or the friend-list player-actions panel, tap "Block" to hide that user's nickname on your device and prevent future interactions from them. You can "Unblock" a user from the friend-list panel at any time.
- REMOVE FRIEND: Any friend connection can be severed at any time from the friend list.
- CONTACT: You may also report objectionable content, abusive users, or offensive nicknames directly by emailing starworkgames@gmail.com.
24-HOUR MODERATION COMMITMENT. The Developer commits to reviewing every submitted report and, where objectionable content or abusive conduct is confirmed, taking moderation action within twenty-four (24) hours of the report being received. This commitment applies to reports submitted through the in-game "Report" button, through the in-game "Players" list in a multiplayer session, and to reports submitted by email to starworkgames@gmail.com. Moderation action may include, at the Developer's sole discretion: private warnings, content removal, forced username resets, feature restrictions (such as suspending access to multiplayer or to messaging), temporary suspensions of access to the App, or permanent bans. Users whose accounts are actioned will not be entitled to refunds of any unused subscription period, in accordance with Section 3.5. We may also monitor, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any social feature at any time in order to maintain a safe and fair environment for all players.
6. DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT AND ADDITIONAL ASSETS
The App uses Unity Addressable Asset bundles to deliver additional game content (such as chapter maps and other assets) after installation. The first time you access certain content:
- The App will connect to our content-delivery network (Bunny CDN) and download the required asset bundle.
- The download size will be displayed to you before the download begins.
- Downloads require an active internet connection. Cellular-data download may incur charges from your carrier — we recommend using Wi-Fi.
- Downloaded content is cached locally on your device so the download is not repeated on subsequent launches.
- From time to time we may publish updated bundles; when this occurs the App will download the latest version automatically on next launch.
No personally identifiable information is transmitted during the download beyond what is required to deliver the asset (for example, your device's IP address, made available to the CDN to route the file). See our Privacy Policy for further details.
7. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App integrates third-party services for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting. By using the App you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of information by these services in accordance with each provider's terms and privacy policy.
7.1 Unity Ads (Advertising)
The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), including banner, interstitial, and rewarded-video formats.
Unity Ads may collect:
- Device identifiers (including the Identifier for Advertisers, or IDFA, ONLY where you have granted tracking permission)
- Device model, operating-system version, language, country, and coarse location
- App version and ad interaction events
If you subscribe to the Premium Pack (Section 3), advertisements are disabled for the duration of your subscription.

7.2 Firebase and Google Analytics (Analytics, Crash Reporting, Configuration)
The App uses Google's Firebase platform — including Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config — to understand how the App is
used, diagnose crashes, and deliver configuration updates. These services may collect:
- App events (screens viewed, features used, gameplay milestones)
- Crash stack traces and device state at the time of a crash
- Instance IDs, app version, device model, OS version, language, country
- Advertising identifiers, ONLY where you have granted tracking permission

7.3 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any third-party identifier is used for cross-app or cross-website tracking. If you decline, advertising will continue but will not be personalized, and advertising identifiers will not be shared with third parties for tracking purposes. You may change this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
7.4 No Sale of Personal Data
The Developer does not sell personal data. Third-party processing is performed by the providers listed above solely to deliver advertising, analytics, and stability features within the App.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising
out of or related to your use of the App or subscription services.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
13. APPLE-REQUIRED TERMS
The following provisions apply in addition to the rest of this Agreement, specifically with respect to your use of the App on Apple devices, and take precedence over any conflicting language elsewhere in this Agreement.
13.1 Acknowledgment
This Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof. To the extent this Agreement provides for rules or usage rules for the App that are less restrictive than or conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the more restrictive or conflicting term of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions will apply.
13.2 Scope of License
The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
13.3 Maintenance and Support
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in this Agreement or as required
under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
13.4 Warranty
The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility.
13.5 Product Claims
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App,
including but not limited to: (a) product-liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and
(c) claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of the HealthKit or HomeKit frameworks (if applicable).
13.6 Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer — not Apple — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual-property-infringement claim.
13.7 Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S.
Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13.9 Third-Party Terms of Agreement
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (including the third-party services listed in Section 7 of this Agreement).
13.10 Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
