Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Zombie Hunter Mobile ("App"), developed and operated by Luka Khobelia ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement").

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Premium Subscription

3.1 Subscription Offer

Zombie Hunter Mobile offers an optional premium subscription ("Premium Pack") that provides the following benefits:

  • Ad-Free Experience – All advertisements are removed
  • Double Rewards – 2x multiplier on all in-game rewards
  • Daily Crystals – 200 crystals every day
  • Daily Gold – 100,000 gold every day
  • Daily Ammo – 100 ammo every day
  • Daily Health – 50 health every day

3.2 Pricing and Billing

  • Price: $1.99 USD per week (or equivalent in your local currency)
  • Free Trial: No free trial is offered
  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

3.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each week unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of $1.99 USD per week

3.4 Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Zombie Hunter Mobile"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your paid period.

3.5 Refunds

All subscription payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

4. Virtual Items and Currency

All virtual items, currency, and rewards (including crystals, gold, ammo, and health) are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred for real money. We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Modify or interfere with the App or its servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts or systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or subscription services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

10. Governing Law
